He was predeceased by: his brother Stan Burman. He is survived by: his niece Michelle Burman; his nephews, Gregg Burman and Scott Burman; his wife Carolyn; his children, Steve, April (Bill Schwoebell) and Yvonne; his stepson Royce Barnes (Andrea); and his great grandchild Waylon Shanahan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Alzheimer's research, a cause that was close to Richard's heart.
