He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar F. Bailey and Marion Phillips Bailey; his former wife Nell Marie Munson; and his nephew Eric Van Orman. He is survived by: his wife Marzie; his daughters, Rebecca Lambert (Lance), Christine Bailey and Katharine Bailey; his grandchildren, Alyssa Lambert, Amanda Lambert, Jeff Smith (Kristin) and Kevin Smith (Cassie); his great grandchildren, Ashley, Sterling, Clara, Kurtis and Kooper; his sister Suzanne Bailey Van Orman; and his nephews, Brad Van Orman, John Van Orman, Philip Munson and Jon Munson.
A reception was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Klein Funeral Home (1400 W Main St, Tomball, TX 77375).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
