He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Warner and Yvonne Warner; and his siblings, Charlie Warner IV and Carole Warner Collins. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Mosley Warner; his son Robert Lee Warner (DJ) of LaPorte, Texas; his stepchildren, Kara Martinez of Conroe, Texas and Eric Smith (Amanda) of Kingwood, Texas; and his sisters, Elaine Hegglung (Bernie) of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Becky Hlavaty (Mark) of Mico, Texas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mims Baptist Church or Houston Methodist Hospital-Heart Transplant division.
