He was predeceased by: his parents, Arline Noonan (Mercier) and Robert "Bob" Noonan Sr.; his former wife Linda Noonan (Pitocchelli); Kelley and Michael.
He is survived by: his friend Bob; his wife Ruth Noonan (Smith); his children, Iris Louers (Garry), Timothy, Christa Lucke (Doug), Steven (Ximena), Matthew, Anthony (Isa) and Noelle Notermann (John); his stepchildren, Stephen, Corey, Kristin, Debra and Sarah Toole (William); and his siblings, Nancy (Choquette), Richard, Mike, Kathleen (Kendall) and Daniel. He is also survived by 33 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; many beloved nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the An-Nisa Hope Center (5927 Louetta Rd, Spring, TX 77379).
