We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2022, at the age of 90, Ruth Ann Penrod (Conroe, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her son John Penrod; and her former life partner William Vancil Penrod. She is survived by : her husband Van Penrod; her daughters, Lolly (Bill Samuel), Linda (Brad Brock), Barbie (Andy Smith) and Judy (Dale Troutt); her grandchildren, Joshua (Angelica), Kimmie Troutt, Will, Kate (Cody Vasut), Kris Samuel, Trevor Brock (Kathryn), Chaiss (Kevin McConnell), Logan Brock (Spencer), Gentry (Pravin Kanneganti), Walker, Chloe and Cooper Smith; her great grandchildren, Staples, Truett, Charlotte Brock, Ivy, Eli, Andie, Oscar McConnell, Reagan, Kennedy, Logan Brock, Esther, Olive, Leo, Iris, Moses Kanneganti, Sparrow and Lily Vasut; and also Iris Williams Arnold.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to West Houston Assistance Ministry, 3100 Rogerdale Road, Houston 77042.
