She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Walter and Martha Elizabeth Cain; her husband Grady Johnson; her son J. W. Grounds Jr.; and her husband Tommy BevilDaughter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pat (late Tommy Bevil) of Jasper, Jeanette (Gerald Barnhart), Janice (Wayne Williams), Ruthie (Greg Zwisler) and Donna (Pat Dickson); and her sisters, Maxine Cain and Ann Trimm. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren, 3 great-great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
