He is survived by: his wife Velia Garza; his children, Cindy, Jessica Garza, Raymond and Jose Castillo; his grandchildren, Molly, Jaden, Kobe and David; and his siblings, Sylvia, Adelfa, Amalia, Herlinda and Gonzalo Jr..
