With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Suzanne Rutledge (Conroe, Texas), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on December 21, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Evans and Ruth Evans. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Rutledge Jr.; her daughters, Paula Pemberton-Kelm (Mike Kelm) and Denise Stalcup (Steven); her sister Shirley Oxendine (Tom); her grandchildren, Ensign Kale E. Pemberton (Holly), Devin M. Propes and Andrew Stalcup; her great grandchildren, Raeleigh Pemberton and Wyatt Pemberton; and her pets, Bella and Charlie. She is also survived by her family grew to include three grandsons and two great-grandchildren.
