He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kelly and Velma Kelly; his former wife Martha Jo Muehr Kelly; and his stepchild Russell Muehr. He is survived by: his siblings, Virginia Hovey, Pat and Jerry Kelly; his wife Loretta Kelly Miller; his daughters, Janie (Lonnie Farmer), Celeste (Tommy Reed) and Karen (Greg Stanek); his grandchildren, Clifton Farmer, Kelly Farmer and Corbin Reed; and his great grandchildren, Harleigh, Tristan, Madelyn and Lia.
