It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracie Mills (Conroe, Texas), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on July 1, 2021, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her father Walter Harthcock; her stepmother Renee Harthcock; her mother Theresa Hall; her sisters, Stacie Mullin and Cassie Allen; her friend Mark Foster; her nieces, Kylie and Lillie Allen; and her nephew Nolan Allen. She is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
