She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Aubrey Franklin and Virginia Franklin; her pet Zoe; her husband George Jackson; her siblings, Sandra Landers of Hughes Springs, Steve and Michelle Franklin of Flagstaff, Arizona; her nieces, Kathi Burney of Hughes Springs, Samantha Franklin of Petaluma and Siena Franklin of Flagstaff, Arizona; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rikki, Travis Taylor of Cleburne, Cadi and Nicholas Stafford of Hughes Springs; her stepchild Jil Jackson; her sons, Dr. Corbyn Cuervo (Thao Giang) of Temple, TX and Greg (Brenda Jackson); her grandchild Riley Jackson of Conroe, Texas.; Bentley, Lincoln Taylor, Avery, Raygan and Nash Stafford.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the West Conroe Baptist Church (1855 Longmire Rd, Conroe, TX 77304). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (302 E 3rd, Hughes Springs, TX 75656).
In keeping with Jeanie's wishes and her lifelong commitment to spreading the Gospel, the family suggests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in her honor to support Gideons International and continue the ministry that meant so much to her.
