He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Bailey-Bell; his children, Alyssa Raines (Kyle), Courtney Burnett (Dustin) and Dylan Bell; his grandchildren, Brayden, Rylee, Claire and Emma; his great grandchild Ka'lanii; and his siblings, Isadore, Will, Jack, Howard, Linda, Fannon and Gail. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
