She is survived by: her daughter Cindy; her son-in-law Art Formas of Cypress, TX; her son Chip; her daughter-in-law Jill Gowan of Lee's Summit, MO; her grandchildren, Arthur "Trey" Formas, III (Gabby), Jordan Kellinger (Joe), Jared Gowan (Jenna), Andrew Formas, Jacob Gowan (Camryn) and Joshua Gowan; her great grandchildren, Henry Joseph Kellinger, Clint Daniel Gowan and Carson Rose Formas; her brother Clarence Turner (Maureen); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Gowan. She is also survived by many loving nieces and a nephew.
