It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Greer (Conroe, Texas), who passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Walter may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Walter touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Metcalf Funeral Directors (1801 E White Oak Terrace, Conroe, TX 77304). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
