He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Kirkpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kirkpatrick; his brother Jesse Kirkpatrick; his sisters-in-law, Lynn Kirkpatrick of La Porte, TX and Marged Kirkpatrick of Hurricane; his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Hamilton (Ross) of Heber City, Utah. and Byron Kirkpatrick (Janet); and his great-nephews, Braeden and Joshua Kirkpatrick.
