We bid farewell to William L. Martin (Conroe, Texas), born in Detroit, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 29, 2024 at the age of 83. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Martin and Marguerite Martin of Detroit's Cooley High School. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Tracy Kuglen (Craig) and Heather Martin; and his grandsons, Will and Brian.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Putnam Education Partnership backpack program.
