He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Pipkin and Anna Heath Pipkin; his brothers, Robert, Charles Jr. and Carrell Pipkin; and his former wife Hazel Maultsby Pipkin.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Pipkin; his children, Leslie Pipkin Linn and John Pipkin (Kenda); his stepdaughter Alison Smith (Jim); his grandsons, John Luke and Joshua Pipkin; and his stepgrandsons, Kendall and McClain Smith. He is also survived by grandsons; as well as many other relatives and countless friends.
