He was predeceased by : his parents, Alice Miller Cosek and William Nickolas McCade; his stepfather Richard Francis Cosek; his brother Theodore J. McCade; his sons, Dennis "Indio" Cosek and Richard Fredrick Cosek; and his granddaughter Jennifer Mae Cosek.
He is survived by : his wife Darlene Rose Cosek of New Waverly Texas; his children, Robin Cosek of Arkansas, Scott Cosek of Crosby and Penny (Bryant Dockray III) of New Waverly; and his grandchildren, Patricia (Ronnie Rice) of Huffman, Texas., Micah, Modesty, Senerity, Dana of Justin, TJ, Michael, Katherine, Sierra, Bryant IV, Adam, Brian and Chessa. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, other cherished relatives and friends.
