He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Howell and Joyce Howell; and his brother Roy Howell, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Terry Weisinger Howell of Conroe; his daughters, Angela Phillips (Rick) and Brandy Brokaw (Jeff); his grandchildren, Emily and Zachary Redden; his sons, Mark, Michael and Cody; and his siblings, Ronnie Howell (Kathy), Elizabeth Valleries, Penny Howell and Susan Carey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
