He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Lee and Margaret Virginia Finley; and his wife Gladys Ruth Isbell. He is survived by: his children, Charles Kenneth Finley Jr. of Tyler, Danny Lee Finley of Coolidge, Melinda Lynn Williams of Fairfield and Paul Nathan Finley of Coolidge; and his siblings, Katherine Oliver of Wortham and Richard Finley of Teague.
