He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jay D. Blagburn and Pearl Blagburn (Purcell); his sister Edith; his niece Elaine; his wife Betty Joyce Blagburn; his children, Curtis Blagburn (Daniela) of Celina and Debbie Williams (Todd) of Bogata; his grandchildren, Clayton Blagburn, Carriagan Blagburn and Chandler Blagburn; and his great grandchildren, Forrest Jay Blagburn and Cypress Rose Blagburn.
