It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Flanery of Cooper, Texas, born in Bagwell, Texas, who passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Curtis Miles and Grace Jeanette Fisher (Brackett); her siblings, Benny Fisher, Steve Fisher, Curtis Fisher, John Fisher, Sam Fisher, Mildred Fisher, Lorene Schultz and Pauline Cates; her granddaughter Harper Blake Phipps; her sons, John Phipps of Cooper, Matthew Phipps of Cooper and Paul David Phipps (Traci) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Hillary Wilson (Roy), Gracie Phipps and Colton Phipps; her great grandchildren, Rylee Wilson, Hayden Wilson, Dakotah Wilson and A'Leigha Phipps; and her sister Frances Owen (Dollar Store).
