It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ellen Horton of Cooper, Texas, born in Celeste, Texas, who passed away on April 1, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parent Thomas Owen George; and her siblings, Thomas Ray George, Jerry Don George, Jimmy Alfred George, Earl George, Goldie Fay Teel, Pearl Booth, Gladys Watson, Geneva Beckham, Gracie Kelley and Gertie McKinney.
She is survived by : her daughter Kimberly Renee Salazar (Javier) of Cooper, TX; her daughter-in-law Lucia Horton; and her niece Debbie Burks. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren 8 great grandchildren.
