He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Duckworth and Rosa Lee "Turner" Duckworth. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Bulin" Duckworth of Cooper; his children, Gena Henderson (Ricky) of Sulphur Springs, Jonathan Duckworth (Jessica) of Klondike, Charity Janway and Amy Houchins of Cooper; his grandchildren, Andrew Sperry, Brooklin Stegall, Jaden Janway, Emmalee Duckworth, Natalie Isham, Ryan Houchins, Samuel Duckworth, Hope Houchins and Lillee Duckworth; his great grandchildren, Madison Sperry, Huxon Stegall, Hallie Stegall and Harper Isham; and his siblings, Edith Jackson, Joyce Bulin and Jesse Duckworth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
