He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Taylor Storch; his brother Murry; his parents, Thomas Taylor and Lillian Taylor; and his parents-in-law, Doug and Ione Kent.
He is survived by: his wife Joan (Kent); his children, Bill (Monica), Kary (Juli), Chris (Wendy) and Tara (Todd); and his brother Thomas Taylor. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to be made in Bernie's memory to Holy Family Catholic Church in Abilene, Taylor's Gift Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
