He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil J. Dobecka, Sr. and Mary Cervenka-Dobecka Cockrell. He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Caesar (David), Pamela Hamm (Troy) and Paula Monk (Garry); his nephews, Jason Hamm (Reina), Bryan Hamm (Katie), Justin Crawford (Patchin) and Joshua Crawford (Alexandra); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Reagan, Declan, Ella, Kate, James, Cara and Blake. He is also survived by his family, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Coppell Senior & Community Center at Grapevine Springs (345 W Bethel Rd, Coppell, TX 75019).
