She is survived by: her husband Gerald Thomas Martin; her daughters, Diana Gay Martin and Donna Kay Moore (Claye); her grandchildren, Erin Nicole Moore and Ashley Elizabeth Moore; her brother Edwin Ward (Flo); her sister-in-law Helen Matlock; and her cousins, Ronald Wayne Ward Jr. (Alejandra), Anthony Carlton Ward (Donna), Wendy Dawn Settles, Adena, Rodney Ward, Bobby Ray Noska (Denise), Tommy Eugene Hummel (Robbin), Brei Nycoal Skelton (Zachary), Jyreena Maree Bizzle (Brendon), Tielor Lee Hummel, Taylor, Nailea Noska, Hannah Michelle Elimon, Taylour, Chance Ward, Gavin, Mason, Hudson Skelton, Bax Bizzle, Jaylynn Guadiano, Bailey and Dylan Hummel.
