He is survived by: his sister Sue; his wife Susan (Sue); his children, Debra, Linda and Daniel; his stepchildren, Misty, Sunia and John; and his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Brett, Chris, Tucker, Zackery and Kainoa. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
