She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frizzell and Helen Blyth Frizzell; and her husband Billy Joe Kepler. She is survived by: her children, Johnny Kepler (Kathleen) of Kempner, Bill D. Kepler (Kathy) of Kennard, Tom Kepler (Darlene) of Lampasas, Jeff Kepler (Dianne) of Lampasas, Rodney Kepler (Paula) of Lampasas, Robert Kepler (Sandra) of Temple, James Kepler of Stephenville, Sandra Walters of Edgewood, Kathy Miller of Copperas Cove and Debbie Greenburg (Lee) of Lampasas; and her sister Katheryn Morgan of Kerrville, Texas.. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 24 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home - Lampasas (401 N Key Ave, Lampasas, TX 76550). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
