It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Harold Mills of Copperas Cove, Texas, born in San Rafael, California, who passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his wife Christel Mills; his parents, Charles H. Mills and Bernice Mills; and his brother Dale C. Mills. He is survived by: his sons, Chuck Mills (Margaret) of Copperas Cove, Texas, Robert Mills (Misty) of Florence, Texas and Mike Mills of Copperas Cove, Texas; and his siblings, Harry S. Mills of Petaluma, California and Nancy LaFountain of Hudson, Florida.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
