She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Farquhar and Jennie Farquhar; her husband Raymond J. Wanek; her siblings, John Yates (Weldon), Lou O'Neal (David), Grace Vance, Alexander Farest and Alan Farquhar; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Wanek (Joyce) and Anton Wanek (Maxine).
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Timothy Wanek (Joan) and Allison Tagliabue (Stephen); her grandsons, Daniel Wanek (Melissa) and Joshua Wanek (Heather); her great grandchildren, Olivia, June, James, Zachary, Vivian and William; and her sisters-in-law, Bertie Farest and Natalie Farquhar. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
