With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Roy Rowley in Corpus Christi, Texas, born in Duncan, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 28, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Rowley and Lucille Rowley; his siblings, Glenn William Rowley and Carolynn; his brother-in-law Marvin Perkins; his cousin Rose Anderson; his niece Diane Rodriguez; and his brother-in-law John Darst.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Gordon Rowley; his children, Terri Rigby (Lee), Dedee Whitt (Richard), Deana Rowley, Keith Rowley and Todd Rowley (Lisa Phillippi); his grandchildren, Meredith Michael (Gabe Lubell), Daniel Rigby, Christopher Rigby (Elaney), Graham Rigby and Holly Moore; his great grandchild Willow Rose Rigby; and his siblings, Russell Rowley (Jane) and Susan Darst. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
