He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Boyd; his son-in-law Rudy Gonzalez; his grandson Cade Gonzalez; his stepgrandchildren, Kaydence and Eban Gonzalez; his nephew John Balster of Corpus Christi, Texas; and his aunt Joanne Ingram of Dallas. He is also survived by cousins, and a circle of dear friends.
