Celia Ramirez Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2025, at the age of 78, Celia Ramirez of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Estella Hinojosa Sanchez and Marin Rivas Sanchez; her parents-in-law, Maria Ramirez and Tomas Ramirez; and her siblings, Lillie Villarreal, Helen Trevino, Marin Sanchez, Ernest Sanchez and Carlos Sanchez.
She is survived by: her pet Fluffy; her husband Mario G. Ramirez; her children, Judy A. Axelrod (Gregory Axelrod) and Mario Ramirez Jr. (Heather Ramirez); her grandchildren, Malaina Ramirez (Juan Beltran), Michael Ramirez, Lucy Axelrod, Brody Axelrod and Alec Ramirez Moreno; her great grandchild Aria Beltran; her caregiver Alicia Martinez; Margo Moreno. She is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Guardian Funeral Home and Cremation Services (5922 CROSSTOWN SH. 286, Corpus Christi, TX 78417). A rosary will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery (9974 I. H. 37 North Access Rd., Corpus Christi, Texas 78418).
