He is survived by: his wife Sandra Diaz; his siblings, George Diaz (Alice), Margie Diaz and Linda Diaz-Salinas; and his grandchildren, Amber Diaz (Marc), Alex Diaz, Allyson Diaz, Abigail Diaz and Kolton Diaz. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
