He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Samuel B. Chapman and Gertrude Faye Chapman (Frederici); and his siblings-in-law, Scott and Dorothy Blythe. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ruth Chapman; his sons, Brett Chapman (Alissa) and Blake Chapman (Kristi); his grandchildren, McKenna, Case, Logan, Luke, Reagan and Kinslee; and his nephew Nathan Blythe.
