He was predeceased by : his wife Karen Smith Hayden; his parents, Dave Hayden and Jane Hayden (Oldham); his siblings, Peggy Brennan, Donald McCreary and Thomas Hayden; and his nephew Randy Hayden.
He is survived by : his children, Shannon Aguilar (Jerel), Erin Garger (Matthew), Elizabeth Hayden (Cheston Todd), Abigayle Hayden and David Steven Hayden Jr.; his siblings, Sharon Johnson (Chuck), Patricia Crowder (late Brad), Marsha Bellinger (Skip), Alice Thomas (Allen), Lorrie Seay, Kathy Ewing (Gregg) and Charles Hayden (Maria); and his grandchildren, Leanna, Savannah and Wesley.
