He was predeceased by: his brothers, Eugene and Richard Hooper. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Houseal (Jeff) and Dana Russell (Kyle); and his siblings, Patricia Hooper and Joseph Hooper. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
