He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Thomas White Sr. and Ann Forrester White. He is survived by: his wife Gaye White; and his children, Susanne (Ernesto Piastra) of Rome, Italy, Lori (Jim Talarek) of Highland Park, Texas and John White Jr. (Natasha) of Corpus Christi, Texas. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
