He was predeceased by: Trinidad "Trini" Avalos. He is survived by: his father Ernesto Perales (Rachel); his daughters, Monique De Leon (Roy) and Mia Perales; his grandchildren, Michael, Krislyn and Kaisley; his sisters, Christy Perales and Crystal Perales (Christie); and his girlfriend Angie Gutierrez. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
