He is survived by: his wife Alicia Gutierrez; his children, Christina Fulton (Oscar Fulton) of Magnolia, TX, Mark Gutierrez (Andrea Gutierrez) of Sandia, TX and Ofilia Mercado; his grandchildren, Constance Fulton, Brooke Fulton, Nicholas Fulton, Gabriel Gutierrez and Kayla Gutierrez; his great grandchildren, Adrian Gutierrez, Mathew Gutierrez and Elilah Hernandez; and his siblings, Belia Cortez (Erasmo), Belva Ybarra (Macario), Hector Gutierrez (Viola), Juan Gutierrez, Romula Guerra (Rafael) and Teresa Pena. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
