He was predeceased by: his parents, Elojio Delgado and Julia Delgado; his wife Victoria Delgado; and his siblings, Josefina Barajas, Bertha Pizana, Luis Delgado and Carlos Delgado.
He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Tamez, Victoria E. Radke (Mark), Antonio O. Delgado (Pricelda), Corina A. Papi (Andrea), Ricardo M. Delgado and Maria E. Rivenbark (Brian). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
