He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Lynn and Audra Kay; and his siblings, Jackie (Karl Young), Rhonda (George Hamaker), Mary (Scott Evans), Linda (Phillip Sloup) and Michael (Barbara Johnston). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.
