He was predeceased by: his father Martin Gutierrez Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Delina Gutierrez; his siblings, Jose M. Gutierrez (Taft), Santiago Gutierrez (Odum), Daniel (Yvonne), Margaret Sauceda (Taft) and Cathy Martinez (Taft); and his children, Zuelema Gutierrez, Martin Gutierrez and Vidal Gutierrez.
