He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Gayle Groth; his sons, Robert Todd Umphlett (Terri) and Christopher Michael Umphlett (Yvette); and his grandchildren, Robert Anthony Umphlett and Lauren Mildred McKayla Umphlett.
The military honors will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery (9974 I-37, Corpus Christi, TX 78410).
