Salinas; his siblings, Petrita (Baldemar Silva), Lucilla DeLeon (Ralph), Pascual Salinas (Lydia), Seferino Salinas (Chaca) and Eliud Salinas (YuYo); his parents-in-law, Diego and Angelita C. Mancias; and his siblings-in-law, Juan (Angelita G. Mancias), Martin Mancias, Elida Salinas, Maggie Matthews and Virginia (Frank Chapa).
He is survived by: his wife Anna Salinas; his son Robert Alvaro Salinas (Janiece); his grandchildren, Serenity, Brayden, Jordin and Julianna; his brothers, Octavio Salinas (Tavo) of Alice, Raul Salinas of Rockville and Adalberto Salinas (Elvia) of Laredo, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Catarina Hasdorff (Robert) of Austin, Yolanda Mancias of Odem, Texas and Malcolm Matthews of Houston, Texas.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
