She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Dale Bush, Jr. and Kabie Phillips (David); her grandchildren, Kenneth Dale Bush, III, Michael Ryan Bush, Kabie LaDawn Bush and Ruby Raelynn Bush; and her sisters, Kathy Lemer and Sadie Vannoy.
