She is survived by: her grandchildren, Claire Erwin, Haley Kennedy (Justin Kennedy) and Katherine Karakulko (Maddy Gil); her great grandchildren, Maddox Mckelvy and Hudson Kennedy; her brother Dr. Jack Sahadi; her nieces and nephews, John Kaminski (Penny), Chemaine Koester (Court), Amber Hargrove (William), Damon Sahadi and Reagan Sahadi (Mary Margaret Ara); and her great-nephews, Matthew, Corie and Nathan Kaminski. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sandra's memory to Animal Medical in Corpus Christi.
