He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted R. Stephens and Eleanor C. Stephens (Moynahan); and his brother James R. "Jim" Stephens (Merle). He is survived by: his children, Tim Stephens (Holly), Elizabeth Stephens (Tanya Kalmar) and Dan Stephens (Kathy); and his great grandchildren, Conner Shannon, Parker Shannon and Charlotte Bodeker. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Friday, February 20th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (3350 S Alameda St, Corpus Christi, TX 78411). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Coastal Bend State Veteran's Cemetery (9974 I-37, Corpus Christi, TX 78410).
