It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Ray Hardeman Sr. (Corpus Christi, Texas), who passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Hardeman and Marjorie Hardeman; his siblings, Ross and Rosie; his former wife Beverly Jean Hardeman; and his granddaughter Sierra (Gigi).
He is survived by: his wife Brunetta; his sons, James Ross, Willie Jr. (Carla), Christopher (Donna), Steven (Sandra), Timothy Hardeman (Evangeline), Richard and Eric Smith; his siblings, Alfred and Bonnie McDonald (Walter); and his aunts, Ernestine Howard and Christine Yellets. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and five great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
